Description:

This role has responsibility for assisting with the processing and administration of clearance holder reportable information (to include adverse information) across the enterprise. The selected candidate will also serve as liaison/interface with the United States Government and Lockheed Martin Facility Security Officers regarding related matters.

Collaborate in a team environment with multiple security disciplines. Interpret and implement government security requirements; and understand government methodologies, practices and technologies with an emphasis on personnel security. Identify and support internal and external customer needs and incorporate them into business processes.

Candidate must be results-oriented; capable of effectively working, leading, and managing multiple tasks concurrently. Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills are required. Candidate will be required to identify areas of concern and raise issues to leadership as appropriate.

The selected candidate will also be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Taking direction from team lead on daily operations and work assignments; reviewing work for soundness of judgment, overall quality and efficiency (in concert with team lead)
• Ensuring that required reports are processed following established procedures and timeframes
• Effectively maintaining records in U.S. Government systems

Basic Qualifications:

• Candidate must be a self-driven and results-oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Ability to perform proficiently in multiple systems simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
• Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills are required
• Proficient data entry skills
• Must be able to obtain Final Secret clearance prior to start

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of SEAD 3
• Knowledge of SEAD 4
• Knowledge of submitting reports to DCSA

Ability to Work Remotely:

Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.

Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $54,100 - $93,725. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $47,000 - $82,915. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
