You will be the Financial Management Staff for the Program Finance organization within the Advanced Programs line of business. Our team is responsible for delivering disciplined financial oversight and collaborating with program leadership, finance leadership, and customers to drive financial excellence.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Financial Management Staff member you will support financial consolidation activities, provide financial planning and analysis, develop forward‑looking data analytics, and deliver actionable recommendations to key stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Support financial consolidation activities and key deliverables such as Monthly Outlooks and strategic plans.
- Perform financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and risk assessment.
- Provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders while maintaining compliance with internal and external policies.
- Support the program finance team and collaborate with cross‑functional partners.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires selected candidate must possess ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
- Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of program finance and strategic planning principles
- Program FP&A experience
- Proven track record of developing and maintaining complex financial models, and analyzing large datasets to inform business decisions
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team environment
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Desired Skills:
- SAP S/4, LM Financials and COBRA knowledge
- Quarterly Contract Status and Long-Range planning experience
- Experience interacting with company Directors, Managers, cross-functional peers, coworkers, and entire company personnel as a lead financial POC while working in a “team” environment.
- Ability to work independently on numerous concurrent deliverables under tight deadlines
- Strong Presentation skills

Ability to Work Remotely:
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position:
4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
