Description:
You will be the Finance Analyst Sr for the Rotary Wing Sensors (RWS) Sustainment team. Our team is responsible for delivering exceptional financial analysis to support Program Management through managing multiple contracts and ensuring programs meet their financial, schedule, and contractual requirements.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Finance Analyst Sr you will be responsible for leading cost-management activities that keep the RWS Sustainment portfolio on track.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Create, maintain, and track program budgets to ensure accurate, timely financial reporting and funding analysis.
- Coordinate the quarterly Estimate at Complete (EAC) process for Corporate Contract Status Reporting, forecasting Orders, Sales, Profit and Cash (OSP&C).
- Manage contracts through cost-management efforts, including invoice processing, issue resolution, and ad-hoc reporting.
- Collaborate with Program Management, Business Operations, and Finance to drive business outcomes and achieve program goals.
- Analyze performance using Earned Value Management System data, highlighting cost and schedule variance and providing actionable insights.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related degree
- Understanding of negotiating functional budgets and analyzing performance variances
- Knowledge of quarterly Estimate at Complete (EAC) process to include program Risks & Opportunities and experience with Contract Status Reporting (CSR)
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team environment
- Demonstrates analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts to stakeholders
- Proficient with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Adapt to change and digital transformation
Desired Skills:
- Experience with financial tools including SAP, MFC Electronic Financial Systems (EFS), MFC Electronic Contracting Environment (ECE), MFC Billings and Oracle LM Financials
- Awareness of 1LMX initiatives to include COBRA & Oracle
- Knowledge of Direct Contracts: Fixed Price (FP) and Cost Plus (CP) contracts
- Displays exceptional organization, communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with forecasting Orders, Sales, Profit and Cash Flow
- Self-starter with motivation to perform with excellence
- Awareness of Earned Value Management System policies and procedures and associated metrics (EV Lite)

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
