You will be the Financial Mgmt Senior for the Joint Venture Finance team. Our team is responsible for delivering precise financial oversight and cost‑review coordination for the Javelin Joint Venture.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Financial Mgmt Senior you will be responsible for leading the cost‑review process and managing the joint‑venture’s financial performance.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Lead Cost Review Coordination – Organize and manage the Cost Review process for the LM joint venture (JV). To include preparing clear, concise reports and presentations for internal leadership and external partners regarding financial performance.
- Primary analyst responsible for preparing, monitoring, and reporting the JV’s General & Administrative (G&A) budget.
- JV Canceling Funds Analysis – Conduct primary analysis of fund cancellation activities, ensuring proper documentation and impact assessment.
- Quarterly G&A/JVP Underrun Distribution – Develop and deliver recommendations for distributing G&A and Joint Venture Partner (JVP) budget underruns to partner entities each quarter.
- JV Closeout Analysis Lead – Serve as the primary analyst for JV closeout activities, including final financial reconciliation and reporting.
- JV Finance JVD Management – Oversee JV finance journal voucher distributions (JVDs) such as offsets, G&A allocations, and related entries.
- Compliance & Controls – Ensure all financial activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and internal control standards.
- Continuous Improvement – Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance reporting accuracy, and improve financial controls within the JV environment.

Basic Qualifications:
- Strong analytical, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Financial Tools (Cobra, Oracle)
- Advanced proficiency with MS office suite applications; Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Proactive, self-starter with motivation to perform with excellence
- Provide recommendations and solve problems or complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Strong Business / Financial Acumen
- Ability to provide training and assistance to team members
Desired Skills:
- Willingness to travel to support reviews as necessary
- Ability to coordinate with teammates across Joint Venture across geographical boundaries
- Experience developing budgets and estimates at completion (EAC)

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
