Description: You will be the Communications Rep Staff for the MFC Transformation / 1LMX Communications team. Our team is responsible for supporting enterprise‑wide communications, including leading Model Based Enterprise (MBE), Digital Command Center, Transformation and IT communications across multiple functions and programs.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Communications Rep Staff you will be responsible for delivering executive‑level communications support and shaping clear, compelling internal messaging.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Provide executive communications support to the MFC CIO and the CIO’s Program Education team.
Build relationships and translate technical concepts, training initiatives, and change‑management activities into clear messaging.
Lead Model Based Enterprise (MBE) and Digital Command Center communications efforts.
Support transformation and IT communications across multiple functions and programs.
Partner with communicators across the business to drive organizational‑design messaging.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
