Description:

You will be the Data Manager for the Integrated Product Team (IPT) Data Services. Our team ensures that every piece of contract data—from CDRL submittals to lifecycle documents—is accurately tracked, compliant, and delivered on schedule, enabling smooth program execution and customer satisfaction.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Data Manager you will own the end to end lifecycle of Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) items. You’ll partner with engineers, quality, manufacturing, and subcontractors to resolve conflicts, maintain tracking tools, and keep the program’s data schedule on target.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing the CDRL to verify contract and task compatibility and resolve any conflicts.
  • Authoring and maintaining data process procedures that guarantee coordinated establishment and compliance of all data requirements.
  • Loading and updating the CDRL tracking tool with every required submittal and keeping the public CDRL submittal website current.
  • Issuing and managing the 30/60/90 day data delivery schedule and adjusting it when contract gating dates shift.
  • Producing accurate CDRL metrics and delivering status reports to program leadership and the customer.
  • Collaborating with IPT members and data owners to secure timely CDRL submissions.
  • Reviewing enclosure data for adherence to Data Item Descriptions and contract terms.
  • Drafting, routing, and finalizing submittal letters through the signature cycle, then posting approved data to the website.
  • Tracking each CDRL submittal from submission through closure, ensuring all approvals are obtained.
  • Reviewing, releasing, and maintaining both informally and formally controlled documents in the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) repository.
