Description: You will be the Logistics & Sustainment Manager for the Apache Production IDIQ Support Team. Our team drives the sustainment and modification/repair of Apache sensor systems, ensuring they meet operational, performance, and life cycle requirements while delivering seamless support to customers and suppliers.

What You Will Be Doing As the Logistics & Sustainment Manager you will lead a cross functional logistics support team, act as the primary liaison to customers, sustainment engineers, and key suppliers, and champion technical excellence throughout the Apache program’s sustainment effort. You’ll shape processes, resolve technical issues quickly, and keep the program on schedule.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Directly manage the Production IDIQ Support Team, setting priorities, workload, and performance goals. • Oversee all sustainment activities for sensor system modifications and repairs, guaranteeing compliance with system requirements. • Serve as the main interface with customers, integrated logistics support (ILS) personnel, and external suppliers to capture needs and drive solutions. • Lead the creation and delivery of reports, engineering change requests, program directives, and executive presentations. • Coordinate with production, field, and sustainment engineers to troubleshoot technical issues and implement timely corrective actions. • Drive continuous process improvement, clarifying ambiguity and streamlining workflows across logistics, supply, and maintenance functions. • Ensure effective communication within the team and with stakeholder groups, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing. • Monitor and enforce adherence to regulatory, safety, and lifecycle management standards. • Travel as needed to customer sites, supplier facilities, and program meetings.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college Strong interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written) skills and the ability to effectively work within a diverse workforce.

Ability to interface with a variety of information technology logistics applications.

Demonstrated problem solving skills and Full Spectrum Leadership attributes

Ability to establish priorities to meet contractual requirements/metrics.

Ability to work in a cross-functional IPT environment.

Ability to interact with internal/external customers, cross-functional teams, and management.

Demonstrated excellence in communicating with Senior Levels of Management as well as Customers

Ability to obtain Secret Clearance

Strong Computer Skills including MS Office

Problem Solving Skills Desired Skills: Strong Finance and Mathematics Background CAM experience Experience with proposal/BOE development and man-power estimation Previous Work Experience in defense or similar industry Familiarity with Army regulations and Army Supply Experience working with USG and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers Experience in managing Logistics/Technical personnel Sustainment and repair management background Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
