Description:
The E&T Engineering Operations Integrated Supply Management Lead candidate must possess strong management experience and a proven track record of supporting multiple programs across diverse Lines of Businesses. In this role, you will oversee test engineering supplies, stockroom operations, storage, fleet vehicle management, and tool control to ensure seamless test support for numerous projects. You will lead the recruitment, selection, training, performance evaluation, work assignments, compensation, and recognition or disciplinary actions for your team. The ideal candidate possesses the drive, expertise, and collaborative skills needed to partner effectively with cross functional teams and key program stakeholders, delivering technical excellence and mission success.
The position requires robust organizational and control expertise to manage integrated supply chain operations and budgets. Ideal candidates will exhibit the initiative and experience to provide test engineering supplies, oversee stockroom functions, storage, fleet vehicles, and tool control across all program areas, stay informed on support issues, and implement the right processes for prompt resolution.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Industrial, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent combined education and experience.
- Ability to obtain Secret Clearance
- Experience in subcontract management, management of logistics and/or supply operations
- Demonstrated experience with SAP supply processes, documentation, materials procurement, and material movement logistics
- Demonstrated experience with calibration management to include systems
- Demonstrated excellence in communicating with Senior Levels of Management
- Demonstrated Problem-Solving skills and Full Spectrum Leadership attributes
- Strong interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written) skills and the ability to effectively work within a diverse workforce.
- Strong Computer Skills including MS Office
- Self-starter able to perform tasks with minimal supervision
Desired Skills:
- Experience with enterprise excellence tools related to lean six-sigma
- Experience with performing business cases and/or managing capital projects efforts
- Experience in earned value management or basic budget and schedule management
- Experience supporting or performing proposal/BOE development and man-power estimation
- Experience in procurement and acquisition of test materials
Security Clearance Statement:
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely:
Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position:
4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
