What does this role look like?
The Secure Infrastructure and Capabilities (SI&C) directorate is seeking a highly motivated, self-starter to join our team as Program Integration Support. The qualified individual will be responsible for coordinating with multiple teams within the larger Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) program to execute various SI&C processes, mainly as integrator of the Capability Insertion Request (CIR) process. This individual will also serve as deputy to multiple baseline control functions, such as the Risk and Opportunity Management Board (ROMB), Engineering Review Boards (ERB) and Change Control Boards (CCB). This individual will also be responsible for consolidating directorate metrics for various program reviews which will be presented to senior leadership.
This role provides opportunities for collaboration with a multitude teams within the FBM program, all relying on SI&C to provide solutions and support to help meet and exceed mission objectives. This individual will also have the opportunity to use critical thinking in order to drive improvements in current processes that will create positive impacts to our mission success. This position will also have the ability to gain insight into various business processes that are critical to program support, such as proposals, contract execution and building relationships with our mission partners.
Summary of Key Duties:
- Support the SI&C Directorate CIR process throughout the project development lifecycle
- Coordinate with affected or impacted directorates across the FBM portfolio to create POAMs and ECDs for capability deployment
- Partner with Navy and directorate points of contact (POC’s) to build relationships and foster trust in the CIR process
- Establish and maintain a business rhythm with various groups (PLT members, directorate POCs, etc) to brief status on progress and drive closure to action items
- Develop process improvement initiatives to drive expediency to the CIR process and capability delivery
- Possess the ability to coordinate meetings, assign actions to team members, coordinate ECD’s and escalate issues as appropriate
Basic Qualifications:
To be effective, you will need to possess these basic qualifications:
- Minimum of a bachelor degree from an accredited college
- Project management or relevant experience (planning, finance, contracts, etc.)
- You will need to be a US Citizen, and be able to obtain and maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Desired Skills:
To be effective, you will need to possess these basic qualifications:
- Knowledge of project lifecycle
- Risk and Opportunity Management experience
- General technical knowledge of the FBM Program
- Demonstrated experience in driving complex issues or problems to successful resolution
- Experience with information systems
- Good oral, written, and presentation communication skills
- Active DOD Secret security clearance

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
