You will be the Industrial Eng Staff for the Missiles & Fire Control team. Our team is responsible for delivering exceptional financial management and analysis to drive business growth and success.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Industrial Eng Staff you will be responsible for performing business-operations activities, including estimating/proposal pricing, cost management, and EVMS reporting.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Performing financial analysis for Production Operations, Quality, and Global Supply Chain management, including estimating and proposal pricing, managing costs and preventing cost overruns to ensure financial targets are met
  • Preparing and submitting required EVMS reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including production operations, quality, and global supply chain, to drive business growth and success
  • Presenting financial data and insights to senior management, including analysis and recommendations for improvement
  • Working in a deadline-driven environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Industrial Engineering or Accounting or related discipline from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor and train team members
  • Strong Analytical ability and Problem Solving Skills with attention to detail and reporting accuracy
  • Quick Learner with aptitude for various systems and processes
  • Strong Microsoft office skills, primarily focusing in Excel
  • Self Starter who can work effectively as an individual contributor and as part of a team

Desired Skills:

  • Proficiency with Earned Value Management (EVM)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Powerpoint
  • Working knowledge of data analytical tools (Tableau, Power BI, Power Query, etc.)
  • Knowledge of MFC financial and estimating systems.
  • Cost management and estimating experience in a production environment.
  • Knowledge of general production and quality processes.
  • Exposure to touch labor cost management and estimating.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in order to effectively interact with all levels of internal and external customers.
  • Experience with multiple LM Production Sites
  • Familiarity with 1LMX tools and systems (S/4, Cobra, CAM Pro, Twenty5, Pro Pricer, etc.)

Security Clearance Statement:

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely:

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position:

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
