You will be the Financial Management for the Advanced Program Finance team. Our team is responsible for pioneering innovative solutions that keep people safe.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Financial Management you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end financial stewardship for the Advanced Program Finance portfolio.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and maintain program budgets, forecasts, and cost baselines throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform earned-value analysis and variance reporting to highlight risks and opportunities.
- Prepare and present financial performance reports (orders, sales, profit, cash) to senior leadership on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Collaborate with program management, engineering, and supply-chain partners to align financial plans with technical and schedule objectives.
- Mentor junior finance staff and drive continuous-improvement initiatives within the finance function.

Basic Qualifications:
- Experience with implementing Earned Value Management procedures
- Ability to work efficiently and independently with limited direction from management
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- BS Degree
Desired Skills:
- Cobra / earned value experience
- Experience with quarterly Contract Status Review Process (Oracle)
- Experience with Integrated Program Management Reporting (IPMR) formats
- Experience with SAP / MRP systems
- BS Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
Security Clearance Statement:
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely:
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position:
4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
