The Early Career Financial Analyst will serve as a contract finance analyst associate for a production contract within the F-35 Training & Logistics Production team.
- You will work with Program Management, CAMs, Planning & Finance Management to ensure the program meets its financial commitments, as well as contractual deliverables.
Specific responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure EVM and financial information is managed, analyzed, and compliant to Program Performance Management Process (PPMP) guidelines
- Ensure Estimate at Complete (EAC) is realistic and reflects the latest scope of work
- Provides financial status, guidance and assistance to Control Account Managers (CAMs) and Program Managers for responsible contract scope
- Support quarterly Contracts Status Review (CSR) and annual Long Range Plan (LRP)
- Support implementation of new 1LMX processes and procedures
- US Citizenship is required.
In addition, this position is part of the Early Career development Program (ECDP) within the Finance and Business Operations function. The program is approximately 2.5 to 3 years in duration (may vary based on employee's start date), formal mentor and 'Buddy' programs, and a standardized training curriculum; all of which are designed to provide a broad background in the finance and business operations functions.
The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, pivot tables and graphs.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Accounting or related discipline from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
- Strong Analytical ability and Problem Solving Skills with attention to detail and reporting accuracy
- Quick Learner with aptitude for various systems and processes
- Proficient in MS office
- Advanced excel skills including Pivot tables, lookups and graphs
Desired Skills:
- Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and their application to the program including EVMS Metrics and reporting
- Ability to apply skills and knowledge to provide sound data driven analysis
- Work effectively as an individual contributor and as part of a team
- Tools Experience: SAP, Cobra and Hyperion
- Previous Work Experience
- Team Player & Self starter with excellent communication skills

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
