You will be the Executive Administrative Assistant for the Vice President of Engineering, Common Products and Sustainment. Our team supports senior leadership within Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Executive Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for providing high-impact executive support while leveraging modern AI productivity tools to increase efficiency.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Perform a full range of administrative and office-management duties, exercising discretion to free the executive from routine details.
- Create, edit, and format presentations, documents, memos, reports, and other executive communications.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, reconcile expense reports, and manage meeting minutes.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments across multiple time zones and oversee calendar management.
- Organize VIP visits, special events, and ad-hoc projects while maintaining confidential information with the highest level of discretion.

Basic Qualifications:
- Highly Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Hands-on experience utilizing AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, or comparable tools.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities; adept at presenting, communicating and collaborating with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Experience arranging domestic and international travel, and reconciling expenses.
- Experience managing office supply procurement.
Desired Skills:
- Prior experience supporting a Senior Executive
- Experience using LM Travel Concur system to arrange domestic and international travel, and reconciling expenses.
- Experience leveraging a P2P (procure to pay) system.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and pivot quickly in response to shifting priorities.
- Demonstrates the highest level of confidentiality and sensitivity when handling privileged information.
- Self-motivated and capable of thriving independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five-day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
