THE WORK
- Working with International Trade Compliance to ensure all material being exported has been properly classified.
- Assist with the processing of Harmonized Tariff Schedules.
- Assist in maintaining and tracking deployment schedules.
- Coordinating with Production Control and Kitting to prepare material for shipment.
- Coordinating with Shipping to prepare material and documents for items being shipped.
- Coordinating with the Stockroom, Production Control, Quality and Shipping for field failures.
- Coordinating with Sourcing for urgent procurement needs.

Our functional group, the Operations Program Management team, is composed of ~30 professionals with a range of skill and experience. Our team serves as Control Account Managers (CAMs) responsible for material budget and operations labor scope. We are leaders in this organization who are the primary interfaces between line of business Program Management, Operations, Engineering, Sourcing, Quality or other company functions for production, development, and capture programs for Production Operations. We ensure seamless support throughout the production process, ensuring successful delivery of contracted projects for our valued customers. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that the TLS factories and their programs operate on schedule and meet commitments. We drive momentum through action, and focus on the small wins while driving towards the overall objectives.
WHO YOU ARE
The Deployment Coordinator is the end-to-end logistics expert for getting material prepared for shipment in the factory and shipped around the world to support training system installations. In this role you will support the Site Deployment Lead(s) in executing the day to day activity that are critical to the successful kitting, shipping, installation and checkout of F-35 Pilot and Maintainer Training Systems/Devices. Basic Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of coordination experience in manufacturing, kitting, or logistics—preferably with defense, aerospace, or training-system programs.
- Experience with SAP/COS or an equivalent MRP system
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
Desired Skills:
- Green Belt Certified
- Cost Account Manager Certified
- Experience with Export Requirements
- Previous experience in production control
Security Clearance Statement:

Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position:
4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
