THE WORK
The role reports directly to the F 35 Training Development Sub Market Segment Finance and Business Operations Manager and is accountable for the day to day business management functions of the F 35 Training & Logistics Development portfolio (annual revenue ≈ $250 M). This role leads, mentors, and develops a team of five to six early career finance professionals and will contribute to overall lead responsibilities of Development portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
- Interfacing with senior leadership across TLS, Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, and functional program managers.
- Coordinating cross functional actions and delivering effective solutions.
- Implementing 1LMX processes and procedures, supporting audit activities, and establishing new program baselines and cost estimates.
- Managing Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting and ensuring accurate internal OSEC (Orders Sales EBIT Cash) reporting.

Basic Qualifications:
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Leadership experience and/or qualities
- Detail oriented and organized
- Experience establishing budgets and managing cost baselines
- Ability to provide training and assistance to junior team members
- Team-oriented
- EVMS Knowledge
Desired Skills:
- Experience developing IPMRs and/or IPMDARs
- Master’s degree
- F-35 Experience
- Familiarity with LM Systems (Hyperion, Cobra, SAP, Open Plan, Winsight, ECE)
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
