Tasks for this role include:
- Analysis of actual headcount and cost.
- Development of performance metrics and preparation of related reports.
- Provide guidance to control account managers.
- Analyze variances and develop corrective action plans.
- Assist in the development of review materials for the consumption of internal and Government interfaces.
- Other ad-hoc cost and performance analyses

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree from an accredited college, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education may be considered
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to work with detailed analysis of data or exhibiting high analytical ability or degree of accuracy with numerical data.
- This position requires special access to support the program and requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen
Desired Skills:
- Significant Excel Experience - macros, pivot tables, V look ups, etc.
- Experience with Government / DoD Contracts
- Experience with COBRA and SAP tools
- EVM (Earned Value Management) experience
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Experience working in a team environment
- Proactive, able to develop strategic process improvements
- Familiarity with EVM processes / FAR guidelines.
- Strong organization, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Advocate for change and continuous improvement.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple partners.
- Dedicated, able to develop strategic operational improvement for assigned team.
- Previous experience with detailed analysis of data exhibiting high analytical ability and degree of accuracy with numerical data.
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education, with 2+ years of professional experience that is related

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
