We’re looking for a talented individual to join the FBM Integration Directorate under the Strategic & Advance Inventory Planning Team! Our Program Integrators provide timely risk-based foresight to program requirements to ensure operational execution and no empty tubes. We support the entire life cycle of the program from development through production and sustainment to final inactivation.
What does this role look like?
- Screen engineering changes that have been entered into the EPDM system/process for advanced visibility of engineering change activities that will create hardware replanning or First Article/Design Change Control processing.
- Integrate and hold accountable multiple stakeholder organizations, of various disciplines, to ensure engineering designs are successfully inserted into the contracting and manufacturing operations to support on time program schedules and mission requirements.
- Coordinate and lead meetings to ensure changes are agreed to, scheduled and executable.
- Working closely within a team that values positivity, curiosity, and enthusiasm.
- Communicates and presents information to all levels of peers, leaders, and customers to share and advocate for our program recommendations.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
- Proficiency in standard software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in SAP and EPDM
- Experience with public speaking, hosting/leading meetings, and presenting information clearly and effectively
- You will need to be a US Citizen, and be able to obtain and maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance
Desired Skills:
- Active DOD Secret security clearance
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Ability to self-initiate research and review internal reference material
- Familiarity with FBM Proposal processes and manufacturing operations
- FBM Experience
- Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, to handle multiple projects at once, to prioritize tasks, and efficiently manage your workload
- Experience utilizing and analyzing multiple data sets to understand and summarize program executability
- Possess effective relationship-building skills with peers, leadership and customers
Security Clearance Statement:
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely:
Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position:
9x80 every other Friday off
