The Electro Optical Infrared Systems (EOIS) line of business within DRS has locations in Dallas and Austin, TX, Melbourne, FL, and Cypress, CA. EOIS develops, manufactures, and supports infrared and electro-optical solutions for soldiers, ground vehicles and airborne platforms. Job Summary

Collaborate with and learn from experienced Employees in our Electro-Optical & Infrared Systems line of business. Our Summer Internship Program offers a full-time, paid opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working in a culture defined by friendliness and teamwork at DRS. What sets us apart? Job Responsibilities

• Digital Asset Management - Taking our publicly released assets and attaching metadata to each piece individually
• Social Media Management/News Management - Create posts well in advance of tradeshows to ensure we have material that is approved prior to the show.
• Postproduction Editing - Use the digital assets to create additional marketing material across platforms to support program requests. This will include website build out and potentially making digital assets for various marketplace applications.
• Tradeshow Management Where Appropriate - Logistics, Build Outs, show requirements and services, team support. Travel may be required,

Qualifications

• Must be actively enrolled in a 4-years undergraduate degree in Business or Management
• Have completed at least 2 years of college and be at least a Junior or Senior at time of application with a 3.0 GPA or better.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to solve complex problems using your natural curiosity.
• Work effectively as a member of a team or on individual tasks.

U.S. Citizenship required. This position requires an active DOD security clearance or the ability to obtain such clearance within a reasonable time after commencement of employment.
