Description: You will be a SEIT Lead for a large and complex missile development effort at MFC. Our team is responsible for delivering cutting-edge sensor systems, and you'll play a key role in leading all aspects of systems engineering, from requirements to subsystem development.
What You Will Be Doing As a SEIT Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and ensuring execution of the system engineering V across the program. You'll work closely with chief engineers and program managers, IPT leads, and engineering leads to drive technical excellence and mission success. Additionally, you'll lead systems engineering transformation efforts, including Digital Engineering and MBSE.
Your responsibilities will include: • Lead cross-functional engineering activities, including Conops and trade studies, system analyses, and configuration control • Develop and manage technical baseline, verification planning, and execution • Provide technical leadership and ensure system engineering execution across the program • Lead systems engineering transformation efforts, including Digital Engineering, and MBSE. • Promote culture optimization, enhance employee experience, and develop critical skills

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must have the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance. A Final Secret Clearance with Investigation of CV date within 5 years is required to start. Basic Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) or equivalent professional experience
Active Secret Clearance required
Proficient communication skills and strong personal skills to collaborate customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution
Leader experience to lead cross-functional engineering activities in support of missile and/or sensor programs
Previous / current experience as an IPT Lead
Minimum of 5 years experience in CONOPS, trade studies, system analyses to bound requirements and finalize the architecture, configuration control of the technical baseline, verification planning and execution, affordability considerations, and risk and opportunity management
Working knowledge of RF Systems Desired Skills: Masters Degree in Electrical/RF Active TS\\SCI Experience with performing integration and test activities for sensor technologies and RF applications Experienced with laboratory operations and safety/security protocols and training Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
