Description:
You will be a Sustainment Engineer Sr for the F-35 Sensors LSE team. Our team is responsible for end to end sustainment of the EOTS and DAS Windows product lines – from integration and logistics planning through design, test, repair, and eventual disposal – ensuring every solution meets technical, schedule, and cost constraints while delivering seamless support to the customer.
What You Will Be Doing:
As a Sustainment Engineer Sr you will be the primary driver of day to day sustainment operations. You will own the planning and execution of contractual requirements, budget, proposals, and test equipment support, while serving as the go to logistics contact for internal teams and customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead planning, material handling, and hardware movement for depot repairs and rework
- Establish, track, and maintain budget and finances
- Manage supply chain functions
- Support depot test equipment
- Ensure contractual requirements are met
- Perform comprehensive sustainment analyses
- Develop and maintain sustainment plans, interface studies, timelines, and cost/risk assessments
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, contract terms, and schedule milestones
- Collaborate cross functionally with ILS, production repair, procurement, PP&C, quality, engineering, and program leadership—both internal and external

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess a Final Secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
- 4 yr college degree or equivalent experience
- Technical background or experience
- Background in finance and accounting
- Excellent communication skills and Customer Service orientation
- Secret clearance
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word)
- Ability to interface with a variety of information technology applications
- Final secret clearance
Desired Skills:
- Experience as a Cost Account Manager (CAM)
- Ability to work in a cross-functional IPT environment
- Experience using MS Excel and SAP client applications
- Experience interacting with management and customers
- Individual must be a self-starter capable of effectively managing

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
