Supply Chain Production Associate Manager

You will be the Supply Chain Production Associate Manager for the Supply Chain Production team. Our team is responsible for leading the development, production and sustainment activities that support the Warfighter and production floor needs.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Supply Chain Production Associate Manager you will be responsible for overseeing subcontract management, ensuring classified program compliance, and driving production efficiency.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Lead and mentor a team of 3‑5 Subcontract Managers.
- Coordinate development, production, and sustainment activities for the classified program.
- Ensure compliance with security and classification requirements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet Warfighter and production floor needs.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance program performance.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim Secret clearance is required to start.
Basic Qualifications:

- Knowledge of Procurement, Subcontract Management, Proposal Process, Risk Mitigation & Project Management as it relates to Supply Chain and Operations efforts
- Strong ability to resolve tactical obstacles and make strategic decisions while delivering results
- Ability for international travel
- Ability to obtain a US Secret Security Clearance
- Detail and Teamwork oriented with demonstrated organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong demonstrated negotiation skills & strategies

Desired Skills:
- Working knowledge of Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures (LMAP) and FAR
- SAP & P2P experience
- Strong social acumen - team player able to effectively communicate with cross functional organizations and build working relationships
- Strong ability to multi-task while delivering results
- Experience with creating & executing in a team environment
- Experience implementing change to improve processes
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
