You will be the Sr Quality Engineer for the Quality Engineering Team. Our team is responsible for ensuring product quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across AGMS programs.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Sr Quality Engineer you will be responsible for driving quality excellence throughout the product lifecycle.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Review documentation related to internal and external manufacturing processes to guarantee quality delivery.
- Support Integrated Product Teams and production sites with analysis of quality data, yields, rework, scrap, and non‑conformance trends.
- Lead corrective‑action meetings, identify root‑cause trends, and ensure responsible parties meet commitments.
- Participate in Material Review Boards and Failure Review Boards, dispositioning non‑conforming hardware and defining containment actions.
- Perform assessments and audits to verify compliance with specifications, engineering drawings, ISO‑9001/AS9100, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:
- Technical degree at the Bachelor level or above
- Ability to obtain a secret clearance
- Proficient skill level with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
- Demonstrated presentation skills

Security Clearance Statement:

Ability to Work Remotely:
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position:
4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
