Upon closer inspection, it appears that the job posting contains two distinct job descriptions. The first is for a Senior Wargame Mentor, and the second appears to be for a 3D artist or modeler. The requirements and responsibilities for these two positions are intertwined in the original posting. To improve clarity, it is recommended to separate these into two distinct job postings.
