THE WORK

  • Maintain office supply inventories
  • Host and record notes for various meetings
  • Update process documentation
  • Collect data for metrics and improvements
  • Assist in nonroutine projects across factory floor
  • Send out weekly and monthly communication memos
  • Assist Supervisors in WIP management

As a Manufacturing Support Team Member, you will perform routine and nonroutine activities in a variety of cross-functional areas including production, quality, and supervision to ensure the factory floor runs smoothly.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently of direct supervision
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment

Desired Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
  • Previous experience in Production Operations
  • Proven ability to proactively identify and drive change

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
