Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Developing and maintaining simulation and analytical models for production operations.
- Analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- Support capacity planning and forecasting for S&GS production lines.
- Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and program teams to integrate model insights.
- Prepare technical reports and presentations for senior leadership.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline (Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to work with and present to multiple levels of management
- Experience working in SAP or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
- Experience working with Simio Simulation Modeling
- Experience in performing foundational Industrial Engineering analysis at varying levels (Span Analysis, Capacity Analysis, Cost Evaluations, etc.)
- Ability to obtain a secret security clearance

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
