Facilities Operations Analyst (IC2)

Description:Performs tasks related to the overall management and operations of facilities, including energy management, material inventory, maintenance and construction. May oversee the repair, replacement or redesign of facilities, and preventive maintenance planning and scheduling. Implements the timely completion of requirements in compliance with Company programs, objectives and within established cost parameters. May monitor work performed by vendors and/or subcontractors; determines adequacy of work relative to job specifications/scope, and recommends corrective actions as required. Basic Qualifications: Experience supporting facilities maintenance and operations activities. Experience managing subcontractor services, schedules, and work coordination. Experience supporting facility projects including repairs, upgrades, remodels, and equipment installations. Knowledge of purchasing, procurement, purchase orders, and bid package coordination. Experience with work order tracking, invoice processing, and maintenance documentation. Ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced facilities environment. Strong communication and organizational skills with emphasis on customer support. Desired Skills: Experience supporting facilities operations and maintenance activities within the Lockheed Martin environment or similar large campus operations. Familiarity with coordinating subcontractor services including janitorial, maintenance, repair, and small project activities. Experience with work order management, asset tracking, and maintenance documentation using LM Buildings. Ability to support facility project activities including bid coordination, subcontractor scheduling, permit tracking, and project closeout. Experience processing purchase orders, invoices, request for payment documentation, and subcontractor change requests. Knowledge of facilities procurement processes, vendor coordination, and material purchasing activities. Ability to read and interpret scopes of work, schedules, and facility project documentation. Experience coordinating badging, site access, and subcontractor compliance requirements. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple facility and subcontractor priorities simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with customers, subcontractors, maintenance personnel, and site leadership. Experience supporting maintenance planning, facility repairs, remodels, and equipment installation activities. Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced facilities environment. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
