Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a full-time Early Career Electronics Engineer. In this role, you will be supporting the System Tester Sustainment team to ensure that fielded support equipment are up and running to meet production test needs. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of reading schematic diagrams, circuit design or analysis, and utilizing lab equipment to troubleshoot hardware issues. Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science or higher from an accredited college in Electrical Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Firm understanding of assembly, interconnect and schematic diagrams.
• Familiarity with basic electrical test equipment such as power supplies, meters, oscilloscopes and/or data acquisition devices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be a US Citizen

Desired Skills:

• Firm understanding of technical standards, principles, theories, concepts, and techniques.
• Experience developing and/or sustaining automated test system hardware configuration and associated procedures
• Experience troubleshooting automated test failures and executing root cause analysis
• Familiarity with automated test methodologies
• Familiarity with hardware communication interfaces such as MXI, PXI, VXI, GPIB, TCP/IP, etc.
• Familiarity with issue and project-tracking tools such as Jira and Confluence

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
