You will be the Contracts Negotiator for the Contracts team. Our team is responsible for negotiating, administering, extending, terminating, and renegotiating standard and non‑standard contracts while ensuring compliance and performance.

As a Contracts Negotiator you will manage the full contract lifecycle, evaluate performance, and provide guidance to internal stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate, administer, extend, terminate, and renegotiate standard and non‑standard contracts.
  • Evaluate contract performance to determine the need for amendments, extensions, or corrective actions.
  • Maintain clear communications to ensure timely execution of contract obligations.
  • Ensure final contract documents accurately reflect negotiated agreements.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline.

Desired Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain high value customer relationships.
  • Maintain versatility and flexibility in demanding situations.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments while achieving program commitments.
  • Computer skills including Word, Excel and Power Point with ability to grasp other software applications required to perform job duties.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; should be detail and teamwork oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Security Clearance Statement:

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely:

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
