You will be the Classified Cyber Security Associate for the Cybersecurity Team. Our team is responsible for safeguarding classified information systems and ensuring compliance with the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
What You Will Be Doing
As the Classified Cyber Security Associate you will be responsible for delivering robust security solutions that protect our critical programs and enable mission success.
In this role you will:
- Develop and implement System Security Plans (SSP), Standard Operating Procedures, and policies to ensure RMF compliance.
- Serve as the primary liaison with government agencies (e.g., DCSA, ISSP, SCA) and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee security configuration management and compliance for operating systems such as Windows and Linux.
- Manage and execute the continuous monitoring program for classified information systems.
- Maintain required security certifications (e.g., Security+, CISSP) and drive security awareness training.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim secret clearance is required to start.
Basic Qualifications:
- Pursuing bachelor's degree in cyber, security, or a related field.
- Knowledge of industry-standard Information Assurance tool(s). Some of these tools may include Splunk, Nessus/Tenable/ACAS, STIGViewer/SCAP Compliance Checker/eSTIG, McAfee ePO, McAfee DLP, etc.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a clearance. US citizenship required.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with RMF, DAAG, and JSIG certification and accreditation processes.
- Active Secret clearance.
- IS auditing experience.
- Understanding of networking concepts and cybersecurity-related tools to include Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG) and Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP), and vulnerability scanners.
- Must be a team player, self-motivated, and a quick learner.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal relations, organizational, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
- Possess the ability to work with multiple customers and must be able to build and maintain effective team and customer relationships.
- Experience working with classified information systems.
- Previous experience working in an SAP / SCI/ Collateral environment.
- Prior experience as ISSO, cybersecurity, or DoD equivalent at an organization of similar size and complexity.
- Knowledge of government / contractor network interconnectivity arrangements.
- Ability to speak in front of large groups of people.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
