Description:
We do Space at Lockheed Martin! We have an opportunity at our Titusville, FL Facility for an Apprenticeship Coordinator. This role will represent Lockheed Martin Space technician talent pipeline for the site as well as working with Talent Acquisition and Government Relations on several aspects of an apprenticeship program.
Duties include but not limited to project management, information sessions, onboarding, training, and coordinating with leadership, local government, high schools, secondary education.
Travel in this role can be up to 25% which is mostly local.
Basic Qualifications:
- Training Program or Apprenticeship Program experience
- Interaction with Government entities
- Excellent Project Management and Organizational Skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
Desired Skills:
- Public Speaking experience
- Experience with Apprenticeship programs
- Talent Acquisition experience

Ability to Work Remotely:
Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position:
9x80 every other Friday off
